As the new Director of Business Operations and Management,  Ms. Deepali Soti will optimize core business operations strategies and processes including business development. With her extensive background in business and project management, she’ll be a great asset to our team.

She has 20+ years of experience across multiple sectors including Education, Technology, Real Estate, Telecom, and Banking. As an integral part of DNA Global’s team, Deepali leads business operations,  Program Management, Human Resources including Professional Development and Trainings, and client engagement. 

She brings rich expertise in project and program planning, business management, and quality execution, as well as enabling cross-company collaboration to boost growth. She has helped scale various initiatives in the private sector and has held several community and school leadership positions over the years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Computer Applications from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, India. Outside of her professional endeavours, Deepali is a passionate music and dance enthusiast who enjoys exploring new travel destinations.
