Lisa has been a credentialed teacher for early childhood for over 20 years, working in the field of child development and education and as a Director of a Co-op Parent Participation preschool for last 10 years. She has been an advocate and community leader for special needs children especially those with developmental delays and mental illness. She has been part of systems change effort in children’s system of care as a family member and researcher. Lisa has a bachelor’s in Psychology and Child Development from Mills College, and a Teaching Credential from U.C. Berkeley Extension.
