Research and Evaluation Associate (Available August 2026): DNA is seeking a qualified research and evaluation associate to help with DNA Global’s client-facing evaluation work. The ideal candidate will help DNA translate data into actionable insights for public-sector and nonprofit partners. Responsibilities include supporting quantitative and qualitative analysis, data preparation, and evaluation reporting across areas such as public health, justice, and health equity. Success in this role requires initiative, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while upholding strong ethical and equity-centered evaluation practices. Junior Grant Writer (Available August 2026): DNA Global is seeking a bilingual (English/French) junior grant researcher to support a pilot grant strategy for a Montreal-based nonprofit delivering youth intramural sports programming. The ideal candidate brings 1+ year of grant research or writing experience and working knowledge of the Canadian funding landscape, including federal, provincial, and foundation-level opportunities. Responsibilities include researching and prospecting grant opportunities aligned with youth sports and community development, assisting with drafting and reviewing application materials, and contributing to a core boilerplate of program narratives and impact data for use across submissions.
