Planning and Development
Which strategies will you use to address the biggest issues? Who will be responsible for which activities? How will you know you have reached your goals?
Developing a clear and concise strategic plan collectively with key stakeholders and partners who are responsible for implementing key strategies, that is 'owned' by many, and is monitored regularly is critical to the success of any program.
We use ToP Facilitation Methods to engage a diverse group of stakeholders across systems and communities, and adapt a process and plan that is responsive to the unique client needs. We can also assist in developing a logic model or essentially a theory of change of how program resources, activities, outputs and outcomes are related. Depending on client needs (that is, timeline, available resources, size of the program, partners involved, level of participation desired), we can design and conduct a simple one-day to a much more involved strategic planning process that could last a year or longer, to meet your unique needs.
Our team is well versed in facilitating strategic planning processes across various sectors and systems, such as public health, maternal and child health programs, school-based health services, juvenile justice centers, violence prevention programs and community-based organizations. For example, we have facilitated and participated in many strategic planning processes, including MAPP, Mobilizing for Action through Planning & Partnerships.
