With years of training, research and theoretical background and practical experience in social determinants of health, we are driven to help you understand, measure and advance social determinants of health to improve living and working conditions for all. We, in partnership with an equity consultant, can work with you to develop data collection tools and measures (for example, surveys, focus groups), facilitate trainings and discussions, and prepare data reports at local level that measure social determinants of health.
